Showcased with E Ink in San Jose

Earlier this year, Dory was invited as a showcase partner at the E Ink booth during Display Week 2025 in San Jose. An incredible opportunity to present our product alongside the very originator of ePaper technology.

We’re deeply grateful to everyone at E Ink Corporation, and especially to our longtime collaborator Jonathan Margalit, for the invitation and support throughout the event.

The week offered a mix of inspiration, learning and serendipity — from meaningful conversations and new partnerships to celebrating Norway’s national day abroad (three times!). Some highlights:

• Valuable feedback and new orders from visitors — including teams from Apple, Google, Meta and Nvidia

• Filming with Nicolas Charbonnier (@charbax) and E Ink’s own media crew

• Meeting E Ink colleagues from across the U.S., Taiwan and China

• Connecting with Innovation Norway’s Alexander Bergo, who promptly ordered Dory signs for their new offices

• Inspiring exchanges with Gro Dyrnes, Åse Pettersen Bailey and the local Norwegian tech community

• Visits with the Silicon Valley PropTech Association and several Pride retailers in the Castro District

Beyond the exhibition, we enjoyed the warm hospitality of Therese and Geir in Palo Alto — and their daughters, who kindly lent us their room. California offered sunshine, new friendships, and just the right reminder of why we do what we do.

Now we’re back in Oslo, focused on the next step: spreading the word about Dory – Your perfect door sign™.
